Welcome to TemplatePoint. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TemplatePoint's Website and Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TemplatePoint, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Description

TemplatePoint provides a platform for creating, organizing, and reusing text templates. Templates contain customizable placeholders that you fill in directly within the template editor, producing a finished, ready-to-use piece of text. This service is designed to offer a unique and tailored experience for managing text templates effectively.

3. Beta Phase and Subscription Information

• Beta Phase: TemplatePoint is currently in beta. Every organization is automatically placed on our Free plan, which is subject to usage limits (currently: one workspace, up to three members, and up to twenty templates per organization).
• Paid Plans: Paid subscription plans are not yet available. If and when we introduce them, we will notify existing users in advance and give you a reasonable grace period to choose a plan or adjust your usage before any limits are enforced against your existing content.
• Changes to Plan Limits: We may adjust the Free plan's limits from time to time as the Service develops. Material reductions in the limits available to existing organizations will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We recommend using a strong, unique password to safeguard your account.
• Content Liability: The owner of an organization account is primarily liable for content managed within their organization on TemplatePoint.
• User Conduct: You agree not to use TemplatePoint for unlawful activities, nor to upload content that infringes on intellectual property, violates privacy, or contravenes any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TemplatePoint, unless uploaded by users, is the intellectual property of TemplatePoint. Users may not use, copy, or redistribute this content without permission.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TemplatePoint and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or in any way related to your access to or use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

TemplatePoint is provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the service after such changes will constitute your agreement to such changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this locale.
