Is TemplatePoint free right now?

Yes. Personal is free forever. During early access, organization owners can also switch to Team or Business for free.

What's the difference between an organization and a workspace?

An organization is the top-level tenant — it holds billing and membership. A workspace sits inside an organization and scopes day-to-day work: categories, templates, and images. One organization can contain several workspaces.

Can multiple people work in the same workspace?

Yes. Organization admins can invite members and assign them an editor or viewer role on a workspace — editors can create and change content, viewers can open, fill, and copy it without editing.

Is my content isolated between workspaces?

Yes. Templates, categories, and images belong to one workspace, and workspace membership is required to read that workspace's content — enforced both in the app and directly in the database.

Does TemplatePoint work outside the web app?

Yes, through the TemplatePoint Chrome extension — a Team-plan capability. It lets you browse, fill, and copy supported templates from your workspace in an overlay on supported web pages, without switching tabs.

Can I use TemplatePoint for long documents, not just short replies?

Yes. Beyond short single-line replies, TemplatePoint supports full documents with a Pages view (A4-sized sheets, page breaks) and Word/PDF export.
